These are replicas (copies) of the first small size bills issued in 1929. Until 1933, the real notes were actually redeemable in gold coins as noted in the clause to the left of the portrait.

These are replicas of actual bills, not copies of 2nd hand scans, printed on high quality 100% cotton paper. They are ideal for framing as you can display both sides at the same time. Each side is printed on a separate sheet per policy and to comply with Federal law, LARGER (1.5X) than the actual note. They are not the same size, please do not expect that they be double sided and the same size as a real bill.
